(1) Interior Decoration System
Basic Materials: The cabinet bodies such as the interior ceiling, the floor-standing combined cabinet on the left side of the partition, and the multi-purpose medical hanging cabinet on the left top all adopt high-strength, anti-aging and environmentally friendly PVC materials without peculiar smell; the top edge of the cabin door is covered with Wen'an blue simulated leather soft covering; the medical cabin floor adopts a double-layer design (the bottom layer is a fire-proof board + the surface layer is a medical floor leather with a thickness of ≥2mm, which is wear-resistant, anti-skid and easy to clean).
Space and Functional Layout: A fully sealed partition is set between the cab and the medical cabin (moved back by 10cm to ensure the driver's comfort, with a sliding observation window); on the left side, there are a floor-standing combined cabinet (for placing first-aid kits), a multi-purpose medical hanging cabinet (for classified storage of medicines/consumables), a long medical cabinet (with equipment platform), and a double 10L oxygen cylinder cabinet (with steel threaded fixed brackets for easy access).
(2) Circuit and Electrical System
Circuit Design: It adopts German-standard wire harness, which complies with the national automobile industry low-voltage standards. All connections use special automobile connectors without household plastic-coated wires, and support centralized control.
Core Electrical Equipment: It includes a 1000W sine wave inverter (integrating inversion, automatic charging and commercial power switching, with intelligent 4-stage charging and low static power consumption); 220V AC combined sockets (2 units, supporting 2/3 holes) + 12V DC sockets (2 units); a two-way hands-free intercom between the cab and the medical cabin.
(3) Lighting, Disinfection and Oxygen Supply
