The RPS-6000 salt and sand spreader was developed by our engineering department for large-scale road de-icing operations. A large hopper with a capacity of 6 cubic metres allows for continuous treatment of up to 200,000 square metres without additional loading of de-icing materials. The RPS-6000 can treat roads of at least 10,000 square metres in one hour.
TICAB's salt and sand spreaders are essential equipment for fast, high-quality and efficient maintenance of local, national and international roads, as well as main streets in cities and towns. Since the RPS-6000 can be easily removed from the truck chassis on which it is mounted, the company can use the vehicle for other tasks after the winter period.

The salt spreading machine has a hydraulic independent drive of the mechanisms and a scraper chain conveyor for supplying de-icing agents. The RPS-6000's controls (on/off) are displayed in the driver's cab, allowing for optimised equipment operation and more efficient use of deicing material. The RPS-6000 from TICAB allows you to effectively cover roads with de-icing agents, significantly reducing accidents and the risk of personal injury.
